We mostly fish the flats and banks of the Bottle creek area. You can enjoy guided fishing or you may choose to self-guide with our custom fishing kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.
Your day will usually start (and end) at our “Headquarters” at the Last Chance Bar and Grill located just South of Bottle Creek on the King’s Highway. The proprietor Howard is also our head guide, with over twenty years experience fishing these waters and the stories to go with them. Prior to living on North Caicos, Howard was a true “conch”, having been born and growing up in the Florida Keys as a guide and charter captain among many other endeavors.
Seeking the quieter life, he developed the Last Chance Bar and Grill as a welcoming and comfortable destination for lunch and dinner – and often the time between as well. Those seeking a diametric change from the hustle and bustle of Providenciales find the casual athmosphere and (almost) world famous conch fritters of the Last Chance a welcome relief.
In front of the bar and grill you will find our flats skiffs and boats as well as our inventory of kayaks and paddle boards – so even if you hadn’t planned or come specially to fish for bonefish on North Caicos, once you are seduced by the view of the flats from the back of the bar – you may change your mind and dedicate the afternoon to some fiersome sport.
